Quick answers
I did not get a reminder. What should I check?
Make sure notifications are allowed for Traqeet in your phone settings, battery saver is not restricting the app, and quiet hours in Traqeet Settings are not covering the reminder time. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they work offline.
Do I need an account?
No. You only need one to sync and back up your data across devices (Pro).
How do I cancel Pro?
Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel in your store subscriptions. Step-by-step instructions are on the delete account page.
How do I export my data?
In the app, go to Settings and choose Export. Free users get CSV, and Pro users also get XLSX.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. Or use this page without signing in.
Which currencies are supported?
USD is the default and you can pick any currency in Settings. Each service keeps its own currency.
Report a bug
Choose “Bug report” in the form and tell us:
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead
- Your phone model, operating system version and the Traqeet version (Settings > About)
- A screenshot if you can. Please hide anything private first.
Logo or trademark concerns
Traqeet shows well-known service logos only to help people recognise their own subscriptions, never to suggest endorsement. If you own a mark and want a logo changed or removed, email [TRADEMARK/TAKEDOWN EMAIL] with:
- The mark and the service name, and proof you are the owner or their authorised agent
- Where in Traqeet it appears
- What you would like us to do
We can switch any logo off remotely without an app update, and we aim to respond within [NUMBER] business days. Logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify services.
