Traqeet

Terms of Service

Last updated:

The ground rules for using Traqeet, in plain language.

Draft for legal review. This page describes how Traqeet is designed to work at launch, including features that are not live yet. A lawyer must review it before the app and website go public.

The service

Traqeet is a subscription tracker and renewal reminder app and website run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. By using Traqeet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Accounts

You can use the core app without an account. An account is needed for sync, backup and some Pro features. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least the minimum age in our Privacy Policy.

Free and Pro

Free is supported by ads and has limits, such as the number of services you can track. Pro removes ads and unlocks extra features. Current limits and features are shown in the app and on our pricing section. We may change plans, limits and prices; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Billing, renewals and refunds

Pro is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the store charges you. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your Traqeet account does not cancel a store subscription.

Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves. Prices vary by country and currency and are set in the stores.

Free trials

If we offer a free trial, it starts when you accept it in the store and converts to a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel in your store account to avoid being charged. A trial is usually available once per person.

Ads

The free version shows ads from third parties. We do not control what advertisers say and are not responsible for their products. How we handle ad data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Break the law or anyone’s rights with Traqeet
  • Try to access other people’s data, or disrupt, overload or reverse engineer our systems
  • Use bots or scripts to get around limits or to flood our forms
  • Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use
  • Store passwords, full card numbers or other secrets in notes or documents

AI-generated content

AI features turn your text, voice or documents into drafts. AI can make mistakes, such as a wrong amount, date or currency. Always review a draft before you save it. You are responsible for the records you keep and for any decision you make using them.

Your content and documents

You keep ownership of what you add to Traqeet, including notes and uploaded documents. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload documents you have the right to use.

Third-party names and logos

Names and logos of other services (for example streaming, TV, telecom or software services) belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify those services. Their use does not mean those companies endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with Traqeet. If you are a rights holder with a concern, see Support.

Availability and reminders

We work hard to keep Traqeet reliable but provide it “as is”, with no promise that it will always be available or error-free.

We cannot guarantee that any reminder will be delivered or delivered on time. Reminders depend on your device, its notification and battery settings, your operating system, time zone changes and outages. Please keep notifications on, exclude Traqeet from battery savers, and treat reminders as a helpful aid, not your only way to track due dates. You remain responsible for paying and renewing your services on time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or charges, late fees, service interruptions or lapses at other companies that arise from using or being unable to use Traqeet. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [AMOUNT] if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your consumer rights are not affected. [LAWYER TO CONFIRM LIMITS]

Ending your use

You can stop using Traqeet and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other people, and we will tell you why where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by [COURTS OR ARBITRATION VENUE], without limiting any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use Traqeet after a change means you accept it.
