Renewal spreadsheet template
List every subscription, bill and renewal date in one sheet. It uses the same columns the Traqeet app will import.
How to use it
- Open the file and delete the three example rows.
- Add one row for each thing you pay for. The coloured headers are required; the grey ones are optional.
- Use the drop-down lists for category, cycle and status.
- Dates go in as
YYYY-MM-DD, for example2026-12-31. - When the Traqeet app is out, import the file from Settings. Join the waitlist to hear when.
Please never put passwords or full card numbers in the sheet. For a payment method, a label like “Visa ending 1234” is enough.
